Portrait of a smiling man with light skin, short light brown hair, a beard, wearing a light blue button-up shirt, against a black background.

Why do I want to buy and run a business: I’ve worked across many industries and realized I’m an operator at heart. What drives me now is impact, and I believe small business ownership is the best way to create meaningful impact in the lives of my employees, customers, and the community.

Professional background:

  • Go-to-market strategy for Entrata (launched resident experience products).

  • Sales and operations at Homie (real estate and mortgage services).

  • Technology consulting with Deloitte (large scale digital transformations).

  • Capital project planning at Dow Chemical (I can tell you more than you probably care to know about windshield adhesive).

Where I grew up: Small town Iowa (Mason City area for fans of “The Music Man”).

My better half: Elise and I have been married since February ‘23. Elise is a middle school teacher and has taught US history and geography. Elise grew up in Michigan (Go Blue!) and Florida (Space Coast).

Where we currently live: We reside in Salt Lake City and have loved hiking and skiing.

Favorite sports team: Skol Vikings!
